Purchased a washer and dryer (with a warranty) three years ago. At the time, the salesperson told us that if the warranty went unused during its term, the value would be returned as a store credit once it expired.
That time came, and we went in to purchase about $200 worth of items using our $190 credit. Unfortunately, we were then told there’s actually a $400 minimum purchase requirement, and the items also need to be approved as eligible by head office.
It would have been nice to know those conditions upfront. Instead, we only found out after the fact. I’m sure it’s somewhere in the fine print, but it’s still disappointing—especially given this was our first experience with Leon’s, and likely our last.

Delivery was on time. Carton shows a compression wound but no apparent damage to the appliance. Personnel were polite and courteous but surprised the old microwave, which is still installed in my kitchen, wasn't ready for them to remove. Although I paid for installation and removal, I have received no information when that might happen. Please let me know when next steps will occur - thank you. Ron Stuart

Chose Leons for the delivery date. Unfortunately, they canceled that date and I had to rearrange my schedule for the next day. I will think twice before ordering with them. On a positive note the delivery service was A 1.

My scheduled delivery date was yesterday; however, I did not receive any communication from Leon’s to confirm or schedule a delivery time. I had to initiate contact myself to inquire about the status of my order. Upon calling, I was informed that delivery would be delayed by an additional month. This was extremely disappointing, especially given that I was previously assured the appliances would arrive by a specific date and im paying for warranty on appliances i dont even have!!
I should not have had to reach out to obtain an update on an order that was already scheduled.
When I spoke with the delivery manager, I was advised that all staff had quit and that this was the reason for the delay. While I understand that staffing challenges can occur, the lack of proactive communication is unacceptable. I was offered either $150 in store credit (which I respectfully declined, as I do not intend to make future purchases with Leon’s) or $100 off my order total.
Additionally, I inquired about the haul-away service for my existing appliances and was told to bring them in myself. This response was surprising and did not reflect the level of service I expected.
My overall experience has been frustrating from start to finish. At the time of purchase, I was advised that using the Flexiti card would provide incentives; however, it was not disclosed that incentives do not apply when selecting the no-interest, no-payments option, and that i had to pay additional $99 to use this option. The incentive amounted to only $20 in store credit, which felt misleading given how it was presented.
After waiting nearly three months for delivery, experiencing poor communication, and receiving inadequate customer service, I am now reconsidering whether I wish to proceed with this purchase at all.

Absolutely DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LEONS! I’m filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well- I ordered a mattress Jan 11 and between the 3 attempts to deliver, wrong marketing with them stating the mattress is queen but measuring as a double and horrendously poor customer service ….i even paid to have my old one
removed - and I had to carry one side while another driver carried the other out of my house while a Sales Manager, General Manager and another truck/worker stood outside on the step. Even the Sale Rep who sold me the mattress “Chris” ran from this issue at the end which also showed poor customer service, you would think it would matter to him as he is commissioned base. I would be soooo embarrassed to work there. I had been with Leon’s for decades but never again - seems to be many changes and not for the good. I plan on drafting up everything to share with social media and BBB to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. End result - I asked for a refund , they are picking up Feb 22 and I will have to go elsewhere to buy which I would be rather sleep on my couch until I get one then deal with them anymore. POOR POOR - DO BETTER - you know something is wrong when the general manager is delivering your goods. What a circus.🤡
The customer service folks are so rude, then the managers and I have spoken to all of them have no idea what is going on, and the delivery side again from there driving skills, off loading and laziness to carry out the mattress - I can’t even make this stuff up. I had 1 sales manager, 1 general manager, 1 worker and 1 driver show up at my house in a car and Leon’s truck and only 1 guy did the work.
And here is the kicker - the frame for the bed I bought from Leon’s years back and with the pictures and the measurements the manager still telling me it’s a queen …I can see my clothes in the bottom of the bed as there is some room as the mattress is too small - it fits as a double.
Honestly please skip all the heartache, disappointment and the attempts to understand how this store is actually running.
