The guys called 10 min before delivery which I appreciated (which was even before the time of delivery that I was quoted the other day). They were efficient, professional and my loveseat was set up in my living room quite quickly. It was a bonus that they took away the packaging! I highly recommend their delivery service!

Customer service was above par. The tracking app was easy to use and in real time. The delivery people were kind, friendly and professional. All around a good experience.

From start to finish with our sales associate-Lacey to our delivery drivers-Carmen and Vaughn, the service was impeccable. Lacey was very patient and knowledgeable about the sectionals we were looking at. We had no idea what we really wanted but she had great suggestions and recommendations for our larger than average family lol We will definitely be looking to her in the future for any further Leon's purchases ☺️ Our delivery was PERFECT! We were contacted before hand the day before as well as recieved an email with tracking information so we could actually know where we stood in the que (in real time) on the day of delivery. We also received a call from the drivers when they were on their way. Carmen and Vaughn were very respectful of our carpet and all the sectional pieces they brought in-fully packaged and protected from the light flurries. They laid out runners and wore shoe covers as they placed and assembled our sectional. If you ever get this team, just know you'll be very happy with your delivery service 😊 10/10 all the way round!
