We must also mention the staff at the front desk who acted instantly to any and all queries that both my wife and myself asked. Our friend drove an hour and a half only to be informed upon arrival that they could not take the couch without the buyer (myself) present and verifying my ID. This crucial requirement was never communicated to us beforehand, resulting in a significant waste of our friend's time and effort. Furthermore, when we escalated the issue to management in Dartmouth, the proposed solution was simply to process a refund, rather than facilitating the agreed-upon pickup. This level of service is unacceptable. Clear communication of pickup policies is essential, and this oversight has caused considerable inconvenience.
