  Order was filled sooner than estimated. Contact was made after online purchase. Store attendant advised of upcoming sale before purchase was made. Gave 3 delivery date options, called to confirm delivery a couple days prior and called 1/2 hour before delivery. Delivery staff was friendly and respectful.

  Leon's coldbrook was amazing to order from. They checked in with me to verify my address an confirm my delivery date. They hsve tracking features in real time which is absolutely amazing! Also, the 2 delivery guys were great an contacted me to let me know their 20 minutes away. I'll definitely order again!

  Delivery guys were awesome. Very accommodating. Driveway was very soft so the truck could not come down. So I met them at the top with my pickup and they loaded and unloaded when we got to the house. Very professional.

  We bought a mattress here that that turned out to be defective. Returned it and upgraded to a more expensive one. We were told we had to buy the expensive mattress cover for warranty purposes. Less than 2 years later, our mattress has a substantial sag. Took weeks to get someone out to look at it. Chased them for answers for weeks.We were told that a 3/4 inch sag was normal. These mattresses are supposed to last 10 years. When they called to tell me they would do nothing to rectify the situation, the lady was extremely rude. No customer service. Over priced garbage in my opinion. Will never shop there again.

  November of 2025 my mother and I had ordered a small sectional, although I have yet to receive the order receipt via email or otherwise, nor has it been sent/shipped our card, which is affiliated with Leon's in Coldbrook, has been charged for it. Come the end of January 2026, due unforeseen circumstances, we no longer had a place for the sectional to go to. So obviously we called to cancel the order. Upon calling we were told that it hadn't even sent yet and that they are not canceling the order that was the first time calling. The second time calling they refuse to cancel the order, and again third time calling there they refuse to cancel the order now. It had not been sent yet but they had refused to cancel the order. All this time, I HAVEN'T received the receipt via email or or mail, but yet they had charged the card and all had taken the money from the card without giving a receipt for the order so here the order has been paid for ( well charged but paid for it from the card company while we have to pay that back) even though we've canceled the order. We even called the comoany the card is through and they said since it hasn't shipped/sent yet Leon's in Coldbrook can cancel it and credit it back to the card. Leon's in Coldbrook is refusing to cancel the order for something we have no place for it to go to and they have essentially stolen our money and expecting us to continue paying for a sectional that we have no place for it to go to. Yes at the time of ordering we did, unfortunately things have changed. they're greedy and they don't care it's all about the money for them. They're stealing, no matter what way they spin it, they're stealing it, has been canceled! it hasn't been received hasn't even been sent! we've canceled it and they refused to. No I don't recommend them never again. I used to, they used to be a good place but after this experience it tells me how poorly they think of their customers and never again will we purchase anything from them, Our family has been purchasing from them for 40 plus years and this is what they do! Crooked. Also, don't buy leather furniture from them and expect it to actually be leather. Edit..... thank you to the GM for working with us and doing the right thing.
