  The delivery men took out the old appliances and brought in the new quickly. No marks or scratches. Pleasant to talk with.

  November of 2025 my mother and I had ordered a small sectional, although I have yet to receive the order receipt via email or otherwise, nor has it been sent/shipped our card, which is affiliated with Leon's in Coldbrook, has been charged for it. Come the end of January 2026, due unforeseen circumstances, we no longer had a place for the sectional to go to. So obviously we called to cancel the order. Upon calling we were told that it hadn't even sent yet and that they are not canceling the order that was the first time calling. The second time calling they refuse to cancel the order, and again third time calling there they refuse to cancel the order now. It had not been sent yet but they had refused to cancel the order. All this time, I HAVEN'T received the receipt via email or or mail, but yet they had charged the card and all had taken the money from the card without giving a receipt for the order so here the order has been paid for ( well charged but paid for it from the card company while we have to pay that back) even though we've canceled the order. We even called the comoany the card is through and they said since it hasn't shipped/sent yet Leon's in Coldbrook can cancel it and credit it back to the card. Leon's in Coldbrook is refusing to cancel the order for something we have no place for it to go to and they have essentially stolen our money and expecting us to continue paying for a sectional that we have no place for it to go to. Yes at the time of ordering we did, unfortunately things have changed. they're greedy and they don't care it's all about the money for them. They're stealing, no matter what way they spin it, they're stealing it, has been canceled! it hasn't been received hasn't even been sent! we've canceled it and they refused to. No I don't recommend them never again. I used to, they used to be a good place but after this experience it tells me how poorly they think of their customers and never again will we purchase anything from them, Our family has been purchasing from them for 40 plus years and this is what they do! Crooked. Also, don't buy leather furniture from them and expect it to actually be leather.

  An old tight kitchen, the delivery people were very cautious and meticulously removed the old fridge and installed the new one perfectly, unblemished. Thank you very much, we greatly appreciate it.

  Getting huge red flags here. Two years ago, we purchased 4-year Diamond coverage ($699) on our washer/dryer. Washer now emits a burning smell. Leon’s gave us the number to call to have it serviced and place our claim. “We’ll get back to you in 30 minutes,” said King and State. Two days later - nothing. This might not have upset me much, had I not since read all the negative reviews of King and State. I’ll keep posting until I get satisfaction.
