Did I mention that the customer support team is fantastic, they truly are. During my propertys tenancy with them they were always available for any questions and helped any way they possibly could. We were provided updates on our unit as needed after major weather events when requested and had full confidence that our items would make it to our next destination in the same state as we left it. (They certainly did!)
