Im disappointed in this location, the staff was unwilling to work with us, for a delivery we pre ordered bricks they called the same day of delivery stating they were short 80, so I was like alright another lowes locally have the amount we need is there anyway you could cancel, the 100 and bring the other brick and pick up the brick they were short of at a different location since there was already a scheduled delivery, it wasn't like it was out of the way or a different company they literally had to pass the actual store they just didn't want to stop so not sure if by county sales are different but I just went with the local instead of this store, it was pre ordered so how did you not have the amount ordered same company how could you not work with a sister store. So confused but I was highly disappointed.

I just came from the Lowe's store in Santa Fe. As I proceeded to check out i wanted to use my Lowe's card but didn't have it. I asked the clerk who was standing next to another female. They seemed to be fondling each other and giggling. When I asked her if she could help, she told me to go to cs. What a pathetic showing of helping a customer, especially with sexual behavior being demonstrated right in public view

I was in Home Depot yesterday before I went to Lowes. I purchased an exact brand and product at Home Depot that was $2.00 more at Lowes. I purchased seeds at Lowe's.

This one of the worst Lowe's I've ever been in. Dirty, disorganized, missing prices, empty spaces on shelves, lack of employees. The list goes on and on. Called today and the phone rang for over 25 minutes total. It was picked after about 15 minutes and I was told they were very busy. The phone just hung up at the 25 minute mark. Was back on 4/02 @ 6:53 pm. They shut and locked the garden center doors even though the posted sign said they were open until 7pm. I asked a tall thin male employee if he could open the gate so I could get a cart and he said the garden center was closed and I would have to through the store. I pointed out that they weren't supposed to close the garden center until 7pm. He said they were closed and he would not let me get a cart. Still the worst Lowe's I've ever been to and they don't care. #loweshomeimprovement
