- TST SMar 5, 20263.0Clean, secure facility and extremely helpful staff BUT, my monthly rate DOUBLED when I went to renew. It was explained that they (corporate office) "follow market trends as they determine future pring." I wonder how the Attorney General's Office for Consumer Protection would view this rate increase in pricing. Read the fine print folks and check around with other providers and request a spreadsheet showing their rate increases over the past 2 years.
