I had bought (among many other things) 3 cards. I was visiting from Florida so I did not unpack the bag till I got home. I noticed I did not have my 3 cards. I called Steve and long story short he personally bought me a $15 gift card for my next visit. 6 months later when I needed a bag, I found the cards. And I called to tell him so. But the customer service from this store is beyond compare and what other companies should strive to live up to. Love this store!!
