Emily N. in appliances offers the best, most professional, most knowledgeable and most compassionate customer service of any appliance store I visited when shopping for appliances. (I went to several stores before landing at Lowe's, and truthfully, I never expected Lowe's to be "the one." But with Emily, it was absolutely my top choice.) She knows her stuff! Normally it is very difficult to get help in one of these giant home improvement stores. However, yesterday I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the help I received from Matt and Noah. They both went out of their way to help me get the product I was looking for. Thank you Lowe’s for having two great employees!

On 10/16/2025 I went into Lowes to find paint for small room project (I know nothing about paint) Damien in the paint department was excellent he advised what was best paint to use for that room and led me to primers, brushes and rollers and toned my paint down. I love it! Great big thanks to Damien. Now Olivia at the registers helped me get my card info (i didn't have my card with me) and after I cancelled and she had to help again i appreciate and thank her for her patience!

2 bad delivery experiences with Lowe’s. First, paid for delivery and hookup of a refrigerator but told by delivery personnel that they were not allowed to hookup water line (which was the same line the previous refrigerator was connected to.) Second, a company called Estes Delivery called out of the blue to say they were on the way with a Cobalt tool cabinet as I was on my way out the door (no heads up from Lowe’s.) They also would have to deliver the cabinet to the end of the long narrow gravel driveway as they only delivered with Semi-trucks and perhaps if I had a truck they could help me load on the truck and I could drive down our long driveway. Don’t you think if I had a pickup truck I could have picked it up myself at Lowe’s?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
