    Maybe this is the problem - LOL - Went to puck up four plastic gutters for my girlfriend, "verificatuon" lasted 10 minutes. Then I noticed their "Friendliness" goal right there... they're aiming at only 85%! They're only at 7%! Why??? They're the worst store in the district! Anyone can turn this around in a day! So - there you go. Explains Santa Fe in a nutshell. PS. I added the ? Shouldn't it be 100%?

    My complain is about the delivery and installation delay for a GE stove I purchased at the Lowe’s Santa Fe location on December 22. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly told that the stove would be delivered and installed within 48 hours by the associate at the time. I have now been informed that delivery and installation will not occur until February 4. A delay of over six weeks for a basic appliance—especially after a clear commitment was made at the point of sale—is unacceptable. This situation reflects a serious breakdown in customer communication and service. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would have made a different purchasing decision. As it stands, this experience has significantly eroded my trust in Lowe’s, and I do not intend to purchase appliances from your company again unless this matter is addressed appropriately.

    We scheduled a kitchen design consultation with Maya and she did not show up. The staff tried contacting her and could not get ahold of her. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I would not trust her with designing a kitchen with that type of work ethic. I’d also give 0 stars if that were an option.

    5 years ago we bought a Samsung refrigerator from Lowes. We wanted to replace it and went back to Lowes. They had a delivery date 12/20 and the crew came which were not even part of Lowes but an independent moving crew. They said they cannot place the refrigerator in because they are not allowed to change the water line even though they came with it. No one at Lowes told us that they were NOT going to install the refrigerator. If that was the case we would of paid an additional fee for that. W hen my husband called the manager (Took forever to get some one on the phone) He said it's not our problem and basically go screw your self. Now that what I call customer service.
