Xavier met us at the door and proceeded to walk us through the entire process, including showing us several units and making recommendations based on our need. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. After meeting him and spending time talking to him, we decided to rent at this location. Extremely well done, Xavier!!

When I arrived he was super friendly and helpful, taking me on a brief tour and accompanying my requests. We discovered another unit of the same size that was actually much closer to the entrance and opted to transfer to that one and the process was super quick and easy! We were downsizing from a 10X5 at a different location to a 5X5 here and we filled it to the brim!
