  I’ve been using Airport Rd Self Storage in Santa Fe since May, and the on-site manager has been amazing every step of the way. He’s gone out of his way multiple times to help me, always with kindness and professionalism. One night, I accidentally left my keys at a gas station nearby. I had my one-year-old with me and was stressing about having to drag her back out so late. Without hesitation, he said, “No, no, you don’t need to take the baby out like that,” and personally went to get the keys for me. 💛 That kind of thoughtfulness really stuck with me. He also helped me remove locks from my unit and handled everything quickly, respectfully, and without judgment. His customer service is top-tier — always polite, well-mannered, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares, and it makes a huge difference. This place is lucky to have him! 💫 Mama Approved – Victoria & Baby Cloud

  Best self storage in Santa Fe It was tight but we got the 26ft truck in and out without problems.

  Never have I had to deal with such unprofessionalism. At first everything seemed great. Ray seemed kind and helpful. We had received a free month through U-Haul so we received the unit and unloaded. Two hours later Ray called and screamed at us, called us names and demanding we pay him 80$. When we went back to the unit about a week later there was a secondary lock added next to ours when we asked ray about it he said it was put there because he lost our file. The whole ordeal was so unnecessary.

  Absolutely NOT trustworthy - be careful with this facility! They charge my credit card for a service I have not authorized and they double charged again leading me to file a fraud charge with my bank. This manager, RAY, is abolutely the worst. They take a reservation on the phone, tell me the first bill is not due until November, even though I am not moving in for 45 days and they after I get off the phone I learn RAY has charged me $225 and another $225 charge - when I call... the phone is always busy! When I email, there is no response, finally after hours of calling RAY apologizes and claims he will take care of the problem, only charging my credit card again! When he finally does a reversal, the storage facility cancels the reversal and continues to charge my card, twice. Now, thanks to RAY and his horrible service, I have cancelled my reservation.
