And this gentleman, Ricky Talbert, purchased a freezer from ROSWELL TIRE and APPLIANCE, and he had the following experience, with THEM, and left the review after things went pair shaped, on OUR page because our names are similar. Easy mistake I guess. But I don’t do customers this way and I would like to share this review where it belongs, on YOUR page. I will remove this when Mr Talbert removes his heinous review from my page. Mr Talbert says the following: “We thought we got a good deal on a scratch and dent freezer and maybe we did , but not so sure after all the aggravation. The freezer was loaded into our vehicle by the owner himself, and another associate. We received a call from Ryan that they had loaded the wrong freezer, and that we needed to bring it back. I told them they could come get this one and bring the other one to us. Was told by Ryan that they would have to charge a delivery fee. Told him we will bring it back but to just refund the card. Ryan stated that there was a restocking fee of about 50 dollars. We took the wrong one back and they loaded the " correct one " First and last time they got my business.”

I told them to refund my money and Ryan said that there was a restocking fee and that's around 50 dollars. Waiting to see how the appliance holds up but I have doubts that I will buy from them again.
