Paint department refused to shake a couple of paint cans. First was told that they don’t mix paint cans from other stores then when I showed them that the second paint can I had was from Lowe’s, she checked the date and said it was too old for them to shake and then offered to give me a paint stick. There was no line and they were not busy. I landed up going to Ace Hardware to get it done, no questions asked! Ace Hardware just gained a new customer!

The Lowe's on Northern in Rio Rancho has been so wonderful to me. As someone who is constantly improving their home I frequent Lowe's often. All of the staff I've encountered thus far have been eager to help and I find that very refreshing. I was at a competing hardware store recently and I couldn't find someone to help me to save my life! It was the most frustrating experience. Lowe's has been very good about making sure all departments are always staffed, and if they're not they're on that intercom immediately. Keep up the good work, Lowe's!
