Let me know that I would be responsible of keeping on eye on any damage to my property kept in that storage. Also couldn’t prorate me for a couple of days into the month (move out date January 13, 2026) justification was system automation charged on the 11th doesn’t allow it to be refunded and prorated for the two days of billing. This company’s prices are higher than most storages in the area so do research prior to move in. I unfortunately was in urgent need and couldn’t take that time. Lessons learned.
