The rate i was paying for a 5×10 inside unit was pretty asinine, and it felt to only go up year by year because of their "competitive rates." Second reason is because I had rodent feces in my unit. As far as I can tell there are no nests or any damage. They seem to do their best with mitigating the rodents where they can, and it probably isn't entirely all their fault. There are lots of mice in the desert. Overall experience is decent. Not a bad place to store your stuff, just be aware.
