- GRGabriel RatchetFeb 2, 20265.0Doing a downsizing interstate move during a pandemic is NOT a fun idea, but it's the reason for having been a customer here for five or so years. Rented several different sized units as we gradually consolidated, and every time we had to adjust, the people at Extra Space were helpful and professional. The space was immaculately clean, climate controlled and well lit throughout the entire time, and I always felt safe when working there. Our belongings were secured and undamaged. Although cheering our finally emptying out the last unit and hoping to never need them again, I'd certainly recommend both people and place to anyone looking for a solution to their own space vs. stuff mismatch.
