I could stop in if I knew what time they would be arriving, but don't get information on arrival until AFTER they leave. No one asks if I am having specific concerns for them to address. My primary focus was mice in my garage. The traps and bait have never been updated because they don't come into my garage. Technicians do not communicate about where traps and bait are left, so I have had to empty traps in my yard myself and pull mosquito bait from my bushes and throw it away. At over $100/month... I think I will be cancelling (Even if it is a $200 penalty).

It’s always a Tuesday or Thursday when I’m at work all day. They don’t give you a time range, so I can’t even get anyone else to wait at my house. The one time I was able to respond to when they showed up and I got my dad to open the back it poured right after and none of the ant piles died. Every time I go online to schedule something different there is nothing available ever! So they end up spraying just the front and I pay a ridiculous amount to still have bugs!
