I wanted to make additional keys but unfortunately I waited for 10 minutes and no one came, so I went to Walmart where it's cheaper and faster better customer service. Now I know why Lowe’s has. O customers.

Very rude and judgemental staff everytime I go in there they call the cops on me while I'm with my son stating to the cops I look suspicious how in the world am I looking suspicious when I go in almost every day pay with cash ect and every time so everyday no matter what cops are waiting for me outside and scared for my life n my sons life now when I go there so probably will be having to go to ABQ now since this store and workers are very rude and judgemental I just loved the fact that this store is literally not even half a mile away from my home but not worth it no more

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
