She was so flustered she left everything. She has her own military ID but no one bothered to ask because they were too busy losing loyal customers. If you’re military, you should shop somewhere else. Seems like military folks are not welcome!!!

When I asked for assistance finding a replacement refrigerator water filter and showed him a photo, he pointed vaguely at a wall of 20+ options and refused to help narrow it down, despite clearly knowing which ones I needed. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

They will walk right past you and never ask if you might need help and if you flag them down they will tell you it is not their department. Management is just as bad . When you complain about poor service they say that the person that works the area is on break. Do you not train your employee's in multiple areas or have a back up for the person on break?

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
