- DEDennis ElliottMar 8, 20261.0Customer service is very rude when asking an Employee where an item is at they tell me I’m not clocked in. I can’t help you also self check out. Lady was very nice and very helpful. Also, when asking to get propane switched out, nobody knew how to do it. One lady from garden stepped up to the plate and helped me out. I appreciate her help and her helping me get propane, but it’s pretty sad to have other employees not trying to help out whether they’re clocked in or clocked out very rude and unprofessional, pretty disappointed in Lowe’s.

We are wanting a refund for their laziness on not delivering it the day we were to get it that is over a month ago. I know we will never buy any appliances there again.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
