    Do not schedule installation services with these people. Eddie Duarte decided that he doesn't do installations for exterior doors, but nobody bothered to call me and let me know. Instead, they sent me a confirmation email with an appointment time. Then, had me sit here and wait for over 6 hours. I finally called the store just for Eddie to tell me, "Oh, I'm sorry, but I don't do those." And then he hung up on me. At least home depot trains their associates in customer service. Lowe's obviously does not. Going into the store is way worse.

    I when in to Lowe's home improvement in Las Cruces nm yesterday and when up to a guy in a light blue vent that worked there and ask him were could I find a oven light bulb. He said over in aisle 9 but didn't sound sure of itself. So I stop and ask another employee in a red vest the same question. So I when to aisle 9 did not find a oven light bulb. So I left and when to home Depot because they will take the time to walk you to what you need. Lowe's employee do not want to take the time to show where you can find what you are looking for. Plus a employee can walk right by you and never ask if you need help. Ever time I go in to home Depot some one will work by me and ask if they can help you.

    (JUST GO TO HOME DEPOT) Horrible experience, as a frequent costumer of this store I will never shop again here, I came to do a drywall delivery to this store and it has been 2 hrs and they haven’t un load me, I call the reviving department and they just hung up, forklift drivers lazy and they just on their phones and they are just walking or driving forklifts with out doing any work, next time I’ll just go to Home Depot better prices and costumer service…!!! Take them 4.5 to Unload a semi truck of drywall…

    If they had options for negative stars I would gladly be rating that way. Worst Lowes I’ve ever been to! Moved here and now do the best I can finding my home improvement options at any other place, good luck if you ever call to this location too, they will answer the call and leave you without any customer service representative answering until you hang up or they answer the phone and they hang up immediately.

    Self-Checkout is NOT THE ANSWER! I'll get right to it. Over and over and over again, I've scanned my ID and upon the second attempt, it barks, tosses a giant red light as if I really needed assistance, and prevents me (and you!) from moving any further. You literally have to wait while one of up four individuals that watch you like you're attempting to steal every time you approach the area (which is an insult when you make self-checkout the only option) become free from "assisting" someone else who is going through the same stupid issue or acts like they've never used a credit card before. Once I waited for over five minutes. Finally gave up and walked out and left a massive cart with 240 pounds of salt behind for them to restock. Today came pretty close to that again as my willingness to play this stupid game is dwindling. The corporate montage of "they'll get used to it so press on" is no longer tolerable. I would welcome anyone and everyone shopping here to simply grab all the things you wish to purchase and then line up at all the closed registers until they get the picture and open the up and start actually doing their jobs. Prices continue to go up, yet they keep removing people from key areas and they expect you to suffer the consequences. What the hell am I paying for? At this point it is simply a self-serve distribution center. God forbid you might need actual assistance. With the absence of "all" of the cashiers, where are they at? I see less and less people on the floor. Occasionally, I see the familiar face who actually gives a damn and that is nice, but that's limited to those extremely few individuals. An anecdote for those interested: It wasn't long ago when I went to this store to grab a few things. It was in the evening and I was only one of two checking out at that moment. The register gave me tons of crap, but it wasn't the deadlock nonsense stated above. It just wasn't playing nice. I had a bunch of stuff too and was then looking for a bag to put it all in. Couldn't find one. I looked across the other three registers too. No bags. Visibly pissed off at this point and I probably wouldn't have been if there weren't literally three people standing at the door, not eight feet from me, watching me like I was a thief. Yet offered absolutely no assistance. Not with the issues the register was having (it wasn't correctly processing the barcodes being scanned) and they certainly knew I was looking for a bag. Yet they didn't even bother to assist. I have a theory on why, but I'll save it for now. But, here's the thing about customer service. One should not have to ask for it!!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN BEING WATCHED! I despise using all caps, but I literally want to scream at these people. I was so ticked off by that time that had I not yet paid for everything, I would certainly have flung everything off the register across the floor and walked out. Why I even continued to bother with these people or this company is merely a matter of convenience. Correction, it WAS a matter of convenience. No more. I will not spend another dime with this company. If I need something, I will order it from Grainger or DigiKey or the like. And the plus side? I can actually get an air hose that won't break in less than a year. You know, one of those that's made in the US? One that'll last 20 years? Yes. Believe it or not, those are still made. You just have to pay for it and wait a couple of days. But I will gladly do it if it means I never fork over another dime and add to their profit margin again. I think it is time for everyone to collectively protest self-checkouts and stand at the closed registers until they figure it out. Overall... Lowe's has nose-dived. Home Depot isn't far off. They do not offer any sort of real customer service. They do not help to get you out the door expeditiously. No customer service = No customers.
