    We worked with Victor and he was fabulous. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us many options. We feel like he truly listened to our needs and financial limitations. Any time we are looking for more furniture we will definitely be going back to him!

    I had a delivery scheduled and on the day of delivery the workers began setting up our bedroom set. One of the bed frame pieces was stripped and the mirror support screws were left at the store. The delivery driver (Mike, I believe) informed my wife they would run back to the store and return. After 3 hours no contact was made. I contacted the store and spoke to a manager (victor) and informed him I wanted the set up to be complete. Victor said he would contact the driver. The driver must’ve been at the store near victor because he (Mike) immediately called my wife and said he wouldn’t be back until later or the following morning. My wife reluctantly agreed to avoid conflict. I called victor and was informed my wife agreed to next day finishing the set up. I told victor that was unacceptable and to complete the set up today. Victor again informed me of my wife agreeing for the following day. I again told Victor no and to send someone to finish the job. It was completed by the second helper (Seandon) whom was extremely nice and helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. Mike had planned on leaving the primary bedroom furniture unfinished until the following day and the manager Victor was going to let that happen. Poor customer service on their part. If I could give one star to Mike/Victor and give 5 stars to Seandon I would. Yall need more workers like Seandon.

    First we want to thank our salesperson, Claudia, she was very professional and helpful. When the first sofa we ordered was damaged she was able to locate a replacement couch and schedule it for delivery in a little over a week. When the 2nd couch arrived at my mom’s it was defective (see. Photo). Not sure how a quality inspection process would not catch this before the sofa being approved to be shipped to a customer. The sofa was a Furniture Row sofa/brand not from another manufacturer. The delivery team was also very good and helpful. When I tried to call Claudia to inform her of the issue with the 2nd sofa I was informed she was not working that day. I asked for a manager that I could speak with, the person who answered the phone responded with “I can help you”. When I explained the issue and how this was the 2nd sofa that has been defective, the “manager” was very dismissive and did not express any urgency in trying to get the issue corrected ASAP. He said they could ship it back to El Paso to get the upholstery fixed but did not have a truck going back to El Paso for a week so it would take 2 plus weeks before it could be “fixed”. When I asked for a new one to be shipped he immediately said that would take 3 plus weeks without any attempt to see if a shipment could be expedited. The following day I received a text that said ‘we are reviewing the issue with the sofa and will get back to you with a solution based on our discussion yesterday’, it’s been 3 days and we have yet to hear back from the “manager”.
