I have ordered online twice to pick up my items. The first time was a year ago, December 2024. I ordered 3 items that were supposed to be ready in a few hours. 4 days later they still weren't ready. I cancelled the order. Yesterday I ordered a dryer online to pick up today. I called twice and was told it wasn't ready. Then I went in to the store at 9:30 pm because they are closed tomorrow for Easter and I need my dryer!!! They said it wasn't ready. The manager was rude. Then they went to the backroom and came back and said they don't have one, even though the 1st time I called the gentleman on the phone said there was 2 of them. I cancelled my order AGAIN and I will take my business elsewhere. I will never order or shop at Lowe's again!!!! How hard is it to wheel a dryer to the front??

IF YOU ARE MAKING A BIG PURCHASE DO NOT USE LOWES!! Every time I purchase appliances through Lowe’s its awful! I just purchased a range (I knew better), the sales rep had a hard time even processing the order. There ended up being a manager and two other associates helping her. I purchased the stove, installation, and protection plan. She said the installer would get a hold of me to schedule a time and he would pick up the stove. I hadn’t heard anything from the installer and the stove has been ready to pick up for a week know, so I called. Apparently, the lady that processed the sale didn’t add installation (even though she assured me she did). The store won’t do anything about it and corporate won’t either. I could have bought the stove at Home Depot for the same price and I didn’t go with my gut. I should have. So now I don’t have the money anymore for an additional install fee and I don’t know how to convert it myself to propane. I can’t get the stove from Home Depot for that price anymore, so I’m SOL. They will mess your order up and pretty much say oops.

I placed a pickup order for a lawn mower on Thursday evening. The order was to be “ready by Sunday” and the website detailed that assembly is included. I waited until Lowe’s messaged that the order was ready Mid Morning on Sunday to drive 90 minutes to get it. I was pretty irritated to see rows and rows of assembled mowers. Was there a reason to make me wait to pick it up? Then I got the mower home and noticed a large staple and piece of plastic stuck to the tread of the right rear tire. Now the tire is flat and I’m headed to the tire shop.

I bought 15 bags of the 2$ mulch and laid it all out… the next day I noticed a nail in the mulch and I went through the flower bed with a magnet and found over 100 nails and broken screws… the man that helped me was so sweet so I feel bad leaving a bad review but this is a huge safety hazard. The nails are the color of the mulch so I didn’t notice them at first. I tried to call and they directed me to the manager who never answered…. Obviously I can’t bring it back as it’s already in my yard unfortunately. I have spent the last 2 days trying to get all the nails out with a magnet.

I am leaving a 1 star review, because there's not an option to leave zero stars. I recently purchased from Farmington Lowe's a new Samsung front loader washer to replace my old one (spent $903). My old washer was attached to a pedestal. I was told that delivery would be in 2 weeks even though it was already in the store's inventory. On delivery day, I was disappointed to hear the delivery people wouldn't take the pedestal off and install it under my new washer because the pedestal wasn't new. (The pedestal is 100% compatible with the new washer.). They informed me they work for a 3rd party delivery service and it was against "their" rules. They wouldn't even take the time to unscrew 4 bolts to separate it for me. Out of frustration, I reluctantly told them to just haul off the old washer/pedestal with them. Replacing the pedestal would have cost more than $300. I feel the salesperson I had should have asked me if my old washer was on a pedestal and informed me that it would cause issues upon delivery. And, I also should have been told delivery wouldn't be made by Lowe's techs. If I knew that, I would have shopped elsewhere. I feel that quality customer service has sadly gone extinct. After much thought, I called Lowe's 2 days later to see if I could get my pedestal back from the "salvage pile". Fortunately, the delivery coordinator was able to retrieve it for me. I asked her if I could get someone from Lowe's to install it for me. I was advised they aren't certified to do that. With all of the tools, etc. around the store, what does it take to have certified technicians anymore? Unbelievable! I have spent a lot of money on appliances at Lowe's in the past. I will not be shopping there again after this experience.
