    Paid for a door and installation project. Multiple weeks go by and multiple calls per week to figure out when we are installing. “The installer will reach out to you tomorrow” is all I get with no call. Lack of care.

    It is a complete chore any time you have to work with customer service and returns. I have been turned away from returning items on multiple occasions even when I have the receipt. No one seems like they want to help. They barely do bare minimum. I called the store to find out about an order I have for two 4x8 windows to see if they were on a pallet so we could put them in the back of our truck or if we needed to bring a trailer. Instead of going to look for herself, the customer service lady transferred me to 5 different departments who never answered the phone. Instead of transferring she hung up on me. I called back and she transferred me again but got pushed through to the main line. after 45 min of trying someone picked up and told me the windows are not crated so they will be loose. I was hoping my wife could go by herself to pick them up but was told they will help load but will not help tie them down or put them on a pallet to make it easier and safer to transport them in our truck. It seems like you have to wait forever for the one person that will be willing to do anything. Even then, it is barely bare minimum.

    I recently visited the store to purchase a new dishwasher, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Carlos. From the moment I approached him, he made the entire experience both quick and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through various options, ensuring I understood the features and benefits of each model. What impressed me further was his attention to detail. Before I left, he made sure I had all the necessary equipment required for installation, which saved me a lot of hassle later. His proactive approach truly stood out. Throughout the process, there was another customer nearby who was treating Carlos quite rudely. Despite this challenging situation, Carlos maintained his professionalism and continued to provide excellent service with a genuine smile. It was inspiring to see how he remained calm and friendly even under pressure. Carlos also took the time to apologize for the negative behavior of the other customer, which was entirely unnecessary and not his responsibility to do. This act of grace really showcased his professionalism and commitment to customer service. Overall, I left the store feeling satisfied not only with my purchase but also with the outstanding service I received from Carlos. His positive attitude and dedication to helping customers make him a valuable asset to the team. Great job, Carlos!
