Graphite lock lubricant. That is all I needed. That is all I still need. Not one person. Even a manager can locate it for me. No one knows what it is. The Lowe's website says they have it, when I go to the store, nothing that is supposed to be in that aisle isn't that aisle. I have been there three times. I have asked six different people. I have been on the phone with corporate and absolutely nobody knows what's going on. Absolute dumpster fire. I have called one of the only locksmiths in Carlsbad and have to pay him to come to my house and use his lock lubricant because the entire store of Lowe's is the most incompetent set of employees I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

I came here looking for flooring i found one i liked but look for assistance an there was no one to be found. At the register i asked the lady at self checkout if she could call for help and waited for someone and no one showed up. I had to load all the flooring myself. Worst service ever

Bought a shower door kit. Was way to heavy for 2 seniors to manage, so paid $69 for it to be delivered only to find out the NEXT day, they intended to just dump it on my porch and they were going to use a 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE! Took 2 calls to get someone to help me. Finally a nice lady told me the truth about their "delivery service" and allowed me to cancel my order. Will order from someone who doesn't charge $69 to bring it to me.

Horrible! Purchased a washer and dryer on a monday when they had 8 of each in stock when delivery day the following friday came they said they sold out after i took the day off work and waited all day til 5pm they couldnt even call and let me know. Waste of time! The managers are a joke. They found my washer and dryer with my name on it in the back with a big sign that said delivery and they still said it couldnt be delivered til the next week. Such an inconvinience, i never write reviews but at this point its worth a trip to roswell home depot dont waste your time with these clowns. If i could give them a negative 10 stars i would

If I could do zero stars I would.
I entered the Lowes in Carlsbad NM the evening of Nov 24th, 2025 intending to spend money. Immediately upon entering the store the first section before the Christmas displays to my right were 3 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing and having conversations about their lunch and various other things non work related. I attempted to look at the Kobalt toolboxes and they were around the displays remaining in the way and again doing anything but working. It's sad to see stores continue to fail to online suppliers and this is why. I'm thinking one of them was a type of manager but I can't be sure but he wasn't doing anything other than visiting with them too. Lowes needs to have control of their stores and the one in Carlsbad is by far on of the worst I've been in.
