I wanted to order floor they told me they couldn't cut it till I place it online then I placed it online and had to come three times to the store just to get it cut nobody wanted to cut it all the teenagers are so lazy nobody wanted to do anything I had to come again the next following day to ask the store manager and don't let me tell you that I had to return it back because it wasn't the one I wanted I wasn't as thick as I wanted it to be and then still had to wait another three more days to get that one cut

Recently placed an order online for pickup. After a day went by and no message that order was ready to pick up I called store. Was told my order was not pulled because they were understaffed and have not pulled any orders. When I arrived at store I checked with the order pick up desk. There were two workers standing there just talking. They looked up my order and then they both went and pulled the order while I waited. Understaffed you say? More like a lack of management. And don't ask me to call you. If you're interested in improving this problem you'll forward this to management.

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
