- JMJay M2 days ago1.0The store was desolate of employees other than the help desk and cash wraps. Isles were in disarray with trip hasards. Go if you know what you need and what isle it's on otherwise hit up their competitors.

- SWSam WallsFeb 15, 20261.0Carlsbad NM Lowe’s store is ridiculous cannot find anything in that store they may say they have 26 of something but they don’t know where it is and Hell if they are even going to look for it. They stand around doing absolutely nothing. You have workers standing around that look at you when you ask them a question like what did you say? Most annoying store ever and the New manager well he needs to take a look at his store. So we wanted some galvanized poles they had some but they didn’t know where they were. So we decided to go with the 3ft. Well while a kid was helping find the rest of the poles they discovered more poles that were in hiding. My husband found that out today after ordering online our poles. So very frustrating. I think corporate needs to really take a look at all their stores and teach the managers how to train the very people they hire! Just fyi this isn’t Sam making this complaint this is wife making it. Do better Lowe’s! Work ethic in this store is horrible!

This place was the exception isles were very disorganized nothing was in its place staff was very rude like they didn't want to be there. I will drive to Roswell before I go to this Lowe's again and on top of that they don't have plastic bags or paper bags but they will sell you a reusable bag for a $1.50 so be prepared to bring your own bag and walk around endlessly for hours.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
