  Signed up for the credit card in store: BIG MISTAKE! Warning!!! DO NOT GET their credit card!!! It’s run by Comenity Capitol Bank and is very disorganized with zero customer service skills. Exposed me to fraud/identity theft. I never received the credit card nor any paperwork. Comenity Bank tells me my address was “undeliverable” and that someone impersonated me on March 25 to provide a different address. They can’t tell me anything more. All I know is I regret signing up for this card. I closed the account after an hour of frustrating holds on the phone. I never even received the physical card. Don’t make my same mistakes! It’s not worth the initial discount. PS the purchase I made was of a jute rug: it was moldy.

  Love world market but the old skinny yt lady with white hair pulled back in a scrunchie and glasses rolled her eyes when the cashier told her I was picking up an order I had been happily waiting from the store and made it obvious she was irritated about it. Thanks for making it a NOT SO GREAT experience because of your miserable self and it was an expensive item piece of furniture that I purchased as well. She unfortunately had to check us out and was not very thrilled to be helping me like the other associates usually are, too. She definitely needs some re-training on her professionalism for sure.
