  I hired them to do a yard cleanup and small tree removal (~$350), full weed treatment ($500), irrigation repair diagnostic fee ($150) and estimate for repair ($200). Firstly, the yard cleanup up, they took out the small tree, which was very easy since i literally saw their guy carrying it on his shoulders to their dump trunk. Yard cleanup up of leaves and pine needles, they did a decent job but i noticed they blew one side of the house leaves to my neighbors yard. (Kinda funny but unprofessional to be honest). One of the bushes i told them to clear the leaves on the bottom due to build up. They did not do that. Full service for yard cleanup up took them 20-30 min to get done. Weed treatment - still too early to determine efficacy. Irrigation, gosh, 150$ for diagnostic when i requested to have one thing fixed which can be visibly seen having an issue. (I personally think this is a BS charge. Imagine paying some $150 for someone to drive to your house and look at things. This should be complementary but that’s my opinion. It was a gasket repair that was leaking. Estimate for repair was $200. I canceled it because i thought it was some BS of totaling $350 to get seen and repair. Wow. If anyone is interested in paying expensive $$ for subpar work, go for this company. If not, steer clear. They also don’t do military discount by the way.

  We had the weed prevention treatment on our own home and four rental homes. It has only been maybe three weeks so we are not able to comment on the efficacy quite yet, though it is mostly looking very good. However, the level of service and responsiveness has been superior. Tony, the gentleman performing our service even texted the tenants on our behalf regarding the schedule (instead of me trying to guess/coordinate). Our own home looks terrific and it has large xeriscaped yards (front and back)!!!!!

  Third year in a row we’ve had Red Shovel come to our home to do a Spring Clean haul to the front and backyard. Every.Single. Time. Truly an outstanding job! Couldn’t be happier.   I would like to start by saying that my yard was a complete nightmare. Very overgrown and neglected as I purchased the home recently. I must say that David M, Leo, and Hunter did an exceptional job turning my yard from a jungle into a beautifully cleaned up space that I can finally be proud of. The doggy run is so clean now, I’ll have no problem putting my dogs back there and not worrying about them ingesting weeds because there are none! They took out a dead, overgrown bush in the corner of my yard that was previously an eye sore and a useless elm tree that was just in the way. I can’t stop looking at my yard. Thanks again guys! I’ve already recommended you to my family and a friend. I’ll come back and upload before and after photos when I get a chance.

  They were amazing, Kevin and the crew were very pleasant and kind! They were amazing and I'm so happy with my decision. They definitely exceeded my expectations! I will be using them again in the future!! New service 4/7 We did the discount weed control program that was offered with the clean up service! The customer service is outstanding, from beginning to end! Scheduling is easy, live person too, such a bonus! I work nights and was worried about not being up when they arrived, so I left a note for what was needed. Tony V did an awesome job in communicating even though we never spoke. I am so pleased with Red Shovel and how they conduct business and are there to answer any questions I may have! Very happy customer and a returning one as well!!
