Standing there, I asked if someone could help me find a specific item. One lady told me "we don't have anything like that" as she stood propped against the railing and then got on her phone. Kaitlyn became eager to help and actually took me to the perfect container, which I purchased. Congratulations to Kaitlyn for her customer service đź‘Ź

They don’t restock items in a timely fashion so I had to wait to them check in the back to see if I could get what I wanted. Took all four people working about 15 minutes to even send someone to check the back. They didn’t have what I wanted despite it saying they had 4 in stock. These big box retailers should not wonder why they are failing. Despite your reply saying you care so much about my feed back your website says you have 4 stainless steel simple human dish drainers in stock yet you don’t actually have any in stock still. Fix your website so people don’t waste their time coming to your store when you don’t what they want.
