    I will never shop at lowes again! The lady at the lumber check out this evening was EXTREMELY RUDE! I can't believe lowes allows their employees to act that way. The prices are always wrong and the employees just argue and won't help correct the issue and correct the price, even if you show them. I will be going to Home Depot from this day forward. I will not spend my money at a place that treats people so poorly! It starts with Management! DO BETTER....

    I had a refrigerator break on Wednesday. I went to this Lowe's location to purchase another. Once I made a decision on the new model I wanted (without any assistance from a store associate), I finally found someone to assist. 1st question I had was if they offer a veteran discount which I signed up for on the Lowe's website. I was told this discount does not apply to appliances. Then I was told the 3rd party delivery company would be in contact with me for the Thursday delivery. I received the notification for a 2 to 6 pm delivery. About 5 pm they arrived. The refrigerator was damaged and I refused shipment. Then upon calling the purchase location, I was told it would not be delivered until Saturday. The associate said he could not tell me if it would be in the morning. Now I will not have a working appliance from Tuesday to Saturday. Additionally, there were no offer to waive the shipping or honor the veteran discount. I will never shop Lowe's again for anything and I will let everyone I know who shop there or any location of my experience

    Good luck actually getting your deliveries. This is now the second time I have ordered a large amount of brick to be delivered, took off work to be there for the delivery, confirmed earlier in the week it would be delivered, was told I would get a delivery window day before, when I call to check on status it tells me between 10a-2p, but then the 800 number told me to call the store directly as they had no info, it wasn't on a truck. While waiting to speak to a manager started getting messages sating delivery to be expected between 8a-12p, mind you its already 1pm. Was hung up on multiple times and still havent been able to speak to a manager. Extremely frustrating to be jerked around, waste time off off, home project being delayed, paid almost $100 for said delivery and no one has offered anything to make this right.
