- RRRobert5 days ago1.0I am done with this Lowes location. They have the worst customer service. Their prices are higher than home depot, but the customer service use to be better. I would deal with higher cost to receive the better service. Now Home Depot beats Lowes in price and customer service.

I went to customer service and asked for assistance on Isle 4. She said she would get someone right over. 15 minutes later no one came. I went back to customer service and advised her that no one came. She apologized and said she would get some right away. 15 minutes later and still no one came. I went back to customer service and told the women no one came and told her I will take my business else where. The sad thing is I counted 8 employees walk right past me and look at me and continue doing nothing. I know im just a guy looking for a item and this means nothing to the overall customer base but Lowes you are not the only game in town. FYI HD did help me and now is my go to home improvement store.

I was never called. I called the number the salesperson provided me for the installing company twice and had to leave a message both times - they never answered their phone. Finally, a few days later, I received a call from someone who said they would arrive on Friday in the middle of the morning to do the installation. It's now 3:00 pm and I still haven't seen or heard from anybody about the job.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
