Scan an item for its price, in store, and the price that was reflected was not the price when I rang the item up at the register. The nice woman at the register informed me that she couldn't price match an item but I could complete my order online. She said I could then take the items to customer service and basically fulfill my own order. When I went to customer service and explained, the guy couldn't understand and simply says, I can't price match... Not what I was asking. I now get to wait even longer for items I already had in hand for Lowe's to complete my order. Great job not making prices consistent across all points of purchase.
UPDATE: Four hours later they call to let me know they only have one of the two items I ordered. I go inside, find my second item, the one they said they didn't have, and proceed to pick up the rest of my order. I get this, damaged packaging for a Christmas gift! And of course, because of the online price, they can't switch it for an undamaged package.

Be Cautious! My dealings with Lowe’s has been unreal, they have caused my family a tremendous amount of distress and anguish. I’ve been trying to get them to finish a kitchen cabinetry project for over four months. The sales staff and management have shown such an astonishing lack of respect and interest in trying to resolve their mistakes. Wrong cabinet sizes, door styles mismatched, problems with install and on and on!

11/24/25 Most employees were put out of their way to even answer a question. Good luck getting someone to physically help even when there are several staff hanging behind a desk. (ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG STAFF)
NICK...... on the other hand was amazing, he asked to help and stick around until the end of my purchase even with a couple phone calls to verify my items with my Co worker. You need to train the others to be more willing to help, i assume it's part of the job. NICK is the only reason I'll still go to Lowes.
