DONT BUY APPLIANCES HERE! Could not be more disappointed with the service here. Based on the comments here delivery is just a total scam. I purchased an oven Sunday Nov 16 th. I was told they would schedule delivery by the 18th. Never heard from them. I called the provided delivery number where I was told my item was not in stalk, the install team tried to call the store with no answer. I called the store waited 30 min. Reached a appliance person who checked and said the item was in stalk and that the install people were mistaken. I called back the install team just for them to tell me they could do nothing to help because the store has not assigned an itemto me. I was told to go to the store and straighten it out in person, I went in and talk to Perla and Kristen in customer service. They said the oven is here and they would get it assigned to me and the install team would reach out (side note it was in stalk because they were going to let me pick up, but I really neded install and item pick up) I returned home. Where I received a phone call from Perla who told me they could not actually assign it to my current order, and they need to cancell my order and resell, and I needed to physically return to the store to do that. So I did. I repurchased 11/18. They said to wait two days the installer will call you. I did not hear from the installer so I called them. Guess what my item was out of stalk yet again. I called the store. They left me on hold for 20 min only to tell me the appliance department was too busy to deal with me. I said I would come to the store. They told me to go to appliances where there would be a manger there untill close, this was a lie she was gone by time I arrived 30 min later. A sales person named Carlos took it upon himself to help me. After I explained the situation he said I need to get a manager to help this is not right. He brought in "assistant manager of all of Lowes" Mario who barley listened to the problem and proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do and every other person I talked to up untill this point was wrong or lied and he wasn't any of those people, nor did he manage them (go figure). He said that this was not the way installation works and would do nothing to help me. I asked if I could buy something in stalk (again solving my own problem ...not like im the manger) he said yes, then said pick something we will see if we have it. I said ok these are my two requirements let me know what you have in stalk, they said we do not do that. Then started to cancell my order I told them my credit card may not allow me to place a purchase like this A THIRD TIME, could they put it on a gift card. Again, no...nothing they could do. At this point the attitude and lack of service was overwhelming and if I was going to buy someting it would not be from Assistant Manger Mario and as a result of him and lack of professionalism, I would not be purchasing from Lowes! It's clear that Lowes system is badly set up , that no one is properly trained, and that the mangers dont care. If you ask me it sounds like they are double dipping and selling items set up for delivery to customers who can pick up, and leaving delivery and install customers to deal with the install team(who is a third party)...read the comments there is a trend. Hope someone does something.

Stood around in appliances for an hour with no help, wanted to purchases a new washer and dryer. Then when I approached the customer service area the pregnant lady wearing a tie dye shirt was very rude and dismissive. The other girl with the glasses was very helpful though. I wish your employees weren’t so quick to clock out and leave, would be a lot nicer if they actually cared about the customers. As a former Lowe’s Corporate employee this does not uphold the companies standards and I am very disappointed in this stores behavior.

Honestly had decent service but one of the cashiers made a show of harassing a younger employee. I didn’t catch her name, but the cashier Diane was preventing the young lady from doing her job. She was so rude for no reason while the rest of us were in line waiting. But good for the young lady, she still took care of the customer regardless of what Diane was telling her. Need to check ur employees. It was honestly awkward.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with Lowe’s Customer Service and Delivery
We purchased a stove scheduled for delivery on Saturday, November 8th, with a confirmed delivery window. That window was changed last minute from 2:30 PM–7:30 PM to 4:30 PM–9:30 PM. We stayed home all evening to make sure we were available, only for 9:30 PM to come and go with no update.
After reaching out through the online chat, we were finally told that the stove “wasn’t staged on time” — meaning the delivery was never going to happen. No one had the courtesy to call, email, or text us about this issue. We were told someone would contact us the following morning. By 2 PM the next day, we still hadn’t heard from anyone.
When we called the store directly, we were offered new delivery options for Monday, Wednesday, or Friday — each with a massive 8:00 AM–8:00 PM window. When we asked to speak with the store manager, we received no real help or accountability. The manager told us there would be no compensation for the inconvenience or lack of communication, and only after the stove was finally delivered could they “maybe” offer 10% off.
This entire experience has been unacceptable. Lowe’s was quick to take our payment but failed to follow through on the delivery and customer service that customers deserve. Communication was nonexistent, support was dismissive, and the attitude toward resolving the issue was unprofessional.
This will be the last purchase we ever make from Lowe’s. In a time when making large purchases like a new stove is a big commitment, customers deserve far better. Do better, Lowe’s.

Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
