I want to recognize Andrea at Lowe’s on 12th for the incredible customer service she provided. Even though she was already off the clock, she politely asked if I needed help and immediately guided me to the items I was looking for. When we realized they weren’t available on the shelves, Andria still went above and beyond to assist me.
Instead of simply pointing me in another direction, she took the time to help ensure I could still get what I needed by arranging a delivery order for the product. Her willingness to help, even when she didn’t have to, truly stood out.
I’m extremely pleased with the service I received. Andrea showed outstanding work ethic, professionalism, and impressive knowledge about the products I was interested in. Customer service like that makes a big difference and deserves recognition. Thank you, Andrea!

You can’t get help there are no carts inside to load drywall and they only have one register open. That’s not self checkout and they put a rookie person to learn how to use it so the line stretches all the way to the back of the building and the manager refuses to open another line and tells you to continue using self check out. Read the room people…

Dianne who works in the gardening department is a complete nightmare, is very rude to her customers. I seen her insult another customer while making them repeat what they were saying over and over, as I was checking out she had a large line of people waiting and didnt seem interested in helping anyone. When I complained, it seemed her co-workers knew about her behavior and said they were tired of it but management didn't do anything. Please retrain these employees so they can serve customers correctly.

I decided to stop by Lowe’s today to buy electrical wire for a ac that we were installing, I ask for help 4 times I waited 20 min and no one show up to open the cabinet were they have a the electrical wires, I decided to buy other things I picked up some other stuff and headed to the self serve cashier. I mentioned to the cashier ma’am I was standing 25 minutes waiting for somebody to go open the cabinet to buy some electrical wire and her sarcastic answer was what do I supposed to do? I was very disappointed to waste almost 35 minutes. I walked out of the store and left everything in the cashiers. I highly did not recommend the store as time is valuable I went ahead and head to the Home Depot up the street. I was able to get all the wire at Home Depot and less than 10 minutes in and out. I’m very disappointed on my local Lowe’s off of 12th St.

We ordered a suite of appliances back on 01/14 and this has been the worst experience. We still have not gotten our stove. The store lost our stove and had to order another. The first installation appointment they didn't show up and didn't answer any calls to follow up. The second installation appointment (same Installer) he couldn't find the stove when he went to pick it up and and blamed the store (12th st Albuquerque). We spoke to Gabby the store manager the next day. She was very rude but confirmed the stove was there after all the other associates we talked to stated it was no where to be found. She blamed the installer. Super unprofessional putting the customer in the middle. It took almost 48 hrs to reschedule the installation for a 3rd time. A new installer was supposed to come today and the installer didn't show or call either, like the previous one. Lowes tried to reach out and couldn't get a hold of them either. We now have to wait AGAIN to try and reschedule for a 4th appointment. I tried calling Lowes Corporate customer service and they couldn't care less and told us we have to go through the installation department. Absolutely rediculous. We will never buy appliances from Lowes again and will tell everyone we know not to as well.
