- CHC HFeb 28, 20261.0Buyer beware if you need material cut! Friday night about an hour before closing there were 3 of us needing material cut but nobody in the department. We rang the bell a couple times, someone finally came and boy was she mad! She refused to say hello, complained that they've got her working in 2 departments, and that she had to walk all the way across the store.😱 She proceeded to slam my material down to roll it out and measure, I was terrified when she got the scissors out. Had I not needed the material so bad I would have left. It felt abusive. Not sure I will be returning to this particular Hobby Lobby.

The only reason that I gave this location for stars is because of the sales and also because of the cashier Thomas, he had amazing customer service. So helpful when I went to check out and ask a question. Went above and beyond to get the answer like I said because of him. This store received 4 stars. I definitely think the employees need to learn how to be more helpful. And not get so mad. When customers ask questions as that is what they get paid for to help. Otherwise, this sword would have received five stars
