- 6A672 AntarcticaMar 8, 20261.0I had armfuls of stuff, ideas for new hobbies! Then I got to the registers... three were open, about 15 people per line. With that, one line was closing. I'm not sure who thinks it's a good idea to close registers when the lines are packed, or who's not hiring more people (who badly need jobs in this state), but I'm not standing in long lines, with people sick and coughing - so I just left all my handfuls of stuff and walked out. The experience felt like I was in Michael's. I no longer shop there, either. It used to be my drive to support local, but local has gotten very anti-customer. It's a real pain dealing with these businesses. So, you've made up my mind, Hobby Lobby - buying online from places like Amazon, eBay, and other online "malls" is just better. You lost money today, and a customer, forever. End of this era.

Nothing happened but the lady was rude n gave me really mean looks. I won't be coming back. N I never come to Hobby Lobby. I haven't been to a HL in years--since I was a child. I just wish the lady apologized or something n didn't blame me for something I didn't do.

The staff is very nice, but the quanity, quality, and constant reorganizing keeps them guessing as well. I also have had stuff mounted and framed. If i could split off the frame shop, it would be 5 star.
