We arrived to see 2 locks on the door that were not ours. We noticed obvious damage to the wall and area around the door, so we feared someone had broken into it. We went to the office and spoke with Christi, the site manager. She confirmed that there had been several attempts by someone to gain access to the unit. The extra locks were her way of trying to prevent further tampering. If it weren't for her hard work doing her best to address the issue, our possessions would all be gone. This would have been a very negative experience if the situation hadn't been handled with honesty and professionalism, which Christi provided.
