The price for our storage unit effectively doubled as a result of their purposefully deceptive pricing and unethical business practices. On-site management is useless and unhelpful — They are absolutely complicit in furthering this scam and taking advantage of unsuspecting renters. I will be prioritizing finding another storage facility.

The facility was clean, well-maintained, and secure. My only concern was the price increase. There were several price increases over the last few years. I did call them once about it and they worked with me on it.
