Was first at the location on Unser/McMahon for a year &then switched down to the one on Montaño/Coors (Bosque Plaza) in 2021 because I needed a bigger unit &they had one become available before the Unser one did. So I've now been at the Bosque location for almost 4 ½ years now. I have enjoyed how clean the facility has been. I've only seen 1 roach over the years &it was already dead &by the bathroom, otherwise no other pests. I'm on the 2nd floor but they have the flatbed carts that you can take up &down the elevators which really helps with moving stuff back &forth. About the Bosque location: The employees there have always been helpful to me. I've worked in retail/customer service jobs most of my career so I know the crap they put up with &make sure I'm always speaking kindly w/employees &they reciprocate that gesture. The same applies to this location. I've always spoke to them with kindness, patience, &understanding, &they've returned that with their own kindness. It creates a mutual respect, which I wish more people commonly had. Ryan used to help me alot when I was low on funds &needed to adjust my payment date, he also helped me adjust my insurance as well, time to time. I also had to come pay with cash some times &he was able to assist with that. He's moved onto better things now in his career, but his successor has been just as pleasant. Victoria has been an angel for me the last year. Every time I've called she's given me the upmost respect &kindess. This last time she really helped me when I called to let them know my payment would be late due to how my paychecks aligned &some unforseen circumstances in my life. I was only going to be a few days late, but she worked with me &really helped a girl out! I'm waiting on a smaller unit to come available now, &she said she's willing to work with me &they'll inform me when one is on notice. I'm definitely staying loyal to them until I don't need storage anymore. I highly recommend this location specifically, especially because of the temp controlled aspect &the cleanliness is top tier! Thank you, thank you, thank you for letting me be able to trust your facility with my stuff, Victoria & Extra Space!! 😁
