They are always willing to work with me. I love the climate-controlled units because they give me peace of mind knowing my belongings are protected from sand, extreme weather, and debris. The facility is very well designed, with dollies available to move items easily and elevators large enough to handle big furniture. The locking system isn’t a traditional lock—it uses a special key, which adds an extra layer of security. I also like how easy it is to access the property with the coded gate. I’ve been renting here for five years and have never had any issues. Even now that I live in Arizona, I completely trust Extra Space Storage with my valuables.
