They say it depends on the market of surrounding storage unit prices but they just hike the rate no matter what. Facility is clean. But not worth the headache. One concerning thing we saw was on our first trip into to the storage on the other side of the fence, there were 2 men who looked like they were using drugs. We rented it for 7 months. The starting cost was 168.00 per month, then after a few months it went up to 286 per month. We for more affordable place that was closer to us. The office personal were nice and helpful.
