Was contacted immediately to answer any questions. I booked it online to get a reduced rate. Received an email with further instructions. Carts available to move items easily. If I had one recommendation it would be for signage to be able to easily find the location on the units. Spent a lot of time walking up and down aisles until I found mine. But after that the pic was inside as expected and I was able to easily get in and out. Thanks!!
