I pay my bill on time every month, and I'm damn sure not a child!!! Manager was unavailable to speak to about this issue. At least according to the very rude female worker that I spoke to. I believe her name was Helena. Lastly, theres no way to contact corporate!! Sp theres no way to get any of these issues resolved by anyone higher up than these local managers. Super frustrating!
