- NANate AltonOct 30, 20253.0It has been great to have a storage unit with great facilities. Unfortunately i have had to make the financial decision to leave my unit. I will still have a shared unit with my sister there. But will also be encouraging her to start moving out. The main reason for this lower star review is to point out that ExtraSpace is charging more and more for the units in exponential amounts. Two times in less then a year they have raised the rent by $50++. There is no justice for these kinds of price increases. When finances are tough for more then 50% of american families you should never increases prices this much. Just in september my rent went from $210 to $280 thats a 33% increase.
