First I started my research online (YouTube videos are a good starting point). But nothing really takes the place of getting into a mattress store and actually trying them out. This is where I found Misty (and Jessica) at Denver Mattress on the west side to be so helpful! And knowledgeable. I need a medium firm mattress, with some plush on top as I am a side sleeper, so have those pressure points on my hips and shoulders. Misty could have sold me a more expensive plush top mattress (gosh, it felt like supportive marshmallows!), but instead guided me toward one where my spine had the proper alignment. Thank you Misty and Denver Mattress!
