    My husband & I frequent this At Home. We came in on 2/1/26 around 7PM. We were buying multiple big items. While checking out, the manager on duty, we did not get her name but African American woman, made our experience horrible. She reprimanded the boy checking us out (who was extremely sweet and helpful) then proceeded to tell us that we needed to go back through the store & do the entire process over. She was extremely rude to my husband & had an attitude. We then followed her instructions & she continued to have an attitude with us. The 2 boys working this night were so helpful. The security guard was sweet. The manager should not have her position. She made us angry and upset as we left, after spending over $1,000 on items.

    Online order pickup is awkward. The sign by the entry says to approach the desk closest to the door with an arrow to that desk. The cashier a that desk then tells you to go all the way around and wait in line with the other in store purchase customers. It seems this is not the intent of the sign, so the sign should definitely be removed.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges.
