Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating service. First they delivered product with damage in it. Then they will make the customers to carry it back to the store while the fault is theirs for not delivering right product. The phone number in website, noone will pick call even you try 100 times. Finally when we came to replace the product, made us wait for an hour for absolutely no reason. very pissed on everything. never coming back here again.

I live about 4 1/2 hours away from the brick. I thought I was making a wise decision to purchase a washer and dryer from them. Turns out nothing but wrong. It costed me 200$ to ship which isn't that bad. But. When I received my set they were the wrong ones. It took almost a week to get ahold of a manager. And there only response was to send them back on my dime and ship the right ones back on my dime. Be very careful if you aren't opening the boxes infront of your delivery man because apparently if you dont you have accepted the package as is so I was informed. Now another headache you might want to avoid in dealing with the brick is they have no higher up to speak to. You have to deal directly with the store which was frustrating to the max. Another thing I must mention is they will try and use the fact that you need to report the mishap in a certain time frame and that was there first line of defense although I did call the same day. What I have learned from all this is it's probably better to not go so big boxed to get a better price unless of course you dont mind getting ripped off. Thanks the brick. Only buying local from now on

Sadly, our experience with this store isn't positive. After picking out and purchasing a washer and dryer. What we received was different from the ones we chose and paid for. When we called to inform them the staff were rude, nasty and indifferent to their careless mistake. No apologies. No compromise, our cost for shipping them back will be $200 (add that to the $200 we paid for shipping them to us makes$400.) It's a store I would not recommend anyone to deal with.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
