The extended warranty ppl were refusing to do anything and Matt really went out of his way to try and help. They did end up covering it after all. Matt was super kind and friendly and deserves a pay increase . lol. Thank you, Matt!

Incredibly pissed off with recent so called “delivery” of a 7 piece sectional sofa from the brick in St. John’s, NL ended up being dropped off on the side of the road and my girlfriend and I brought all the pieces down the road and into the house ourselves after having an argument with manager Carl. Delivery staff were useless and refused to help us bring it in the house despite being infront of the house as they were told to only drop it off by Carl. he didn’t have the decency to call me back himself and had the young girl call me back. Great management! Slow clap! I was second away from driving into the brick to get a refund of my $5k purchase. Also, did not receive add on products which I reminded the girl of before the delivery. On February 19, after taking the day off work and awaiting hours and hours for my delivery I get a call just before my delivery was scheduled that the delivery truck cannot make it up the hill I live on because the truck only has all season tires and was a safety concern. This was mind blogging as the pavement was bare and not snow covered. So delivery was cancelled and postponed to February 21. Not receiving an email or confirmations the next day I call to confirm the day before to ensure everything is good for the rescheduled time and seemed like it wasnt but the guy I was speaking with eventually sort it out and said they should be there around 1230PM so I am awaiting delivery for since 1030AM than get another call at 4PM that the delivery truck cannot make it up the hill yet again. They were claiming cars were slipping down the road which was not true and only cause they do not have proper tires on their trucks. The snow plough and salt truck literally went down the road as they were there.the truck actually goes up the hill to turn around so that they can drop it off on the side of the road. Would not recommend to anyone!

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
