  I contacted Angela to replace the new mattress under the 200 daySales person Angela and manager Scott were not very professional to say the least We had been told the mattress we have received August 1,2025 is not able to be replaced under the 200 day return policy because we didnt purchase a mattress protector from them. I explained Angela had not explained that. We did have one on it. We contacted the manager Scott and he reaffirmed it would not be able to be returned. We explained our backs were broke from sleeping on it. He suggested we try to sell to family members or on NL buy and sell. Not sure how much he likes his family but I wasn't about to sell to our family. We had purchased it August 1,2025 king size Grandeur model they said wait to see if this one works for you. I contacted the Better Business bureau for help and they were great and a resolution was sent to them from Leons explaining that it would now be replaced under warranty. We went in again October 27,2025 for the 4th time to get another model mattress. This time with Angela's help again we purchased one that was $900 more then the last. We also purchased the protector $89. Angela said "purchase the protector so the return could be made in the next 200 days if we didn't like it. She then she followed by saying " you don't need to use it though if you don't want to as long as you buy it your covered. We did use it on the mattress. Two more mattress return post on issues to go! Dissatisfied customer 1st of 6 issues in less then 6 months Started off as a warranty on a mattress. I called them to explain i live 90 minutes away " I wanted to drive in to drop off old mattress and pick up the new one". The person them told me yes drop in we are open until 930. I drive the 90 minutes get there at 5pm only to find that the person who answered the phone didnt know the mattress drop off and pick up was at another location. That warehouse location was now closed. They called a few people to see if any other options were available for the pick up and drop off. No help provided and I had to drive home. I drove in again the next day and picked up the warranty mattress. Now I have had to waste 6 hours of my time , gas for the poor quality mattress. This is only one post numerous others to follow as I have had months of interaction with sales staff and mangers with no resolution. Unsatisfied customer

  The staff are excellent, don’t get me wrong BUT prices for Newfoundland are marked up considerably from the mainland which is unacceptable when you can purchase form Costco or Wayfair for the same price as the rest of the country- Leon’s needs to stop gouging people on the island. Don’t believe me? Compare on the Leons website by changing your province. Also, they don’t service what they sell anymore (or as of the date of this review anyway) which was literally the only perk of buying appliances there. Great staff. Prices and support suck.

  I have not had any issues with Leon's, I bought a a recliner and it was amazing. It has comfort, great material and I love it.
