All they did was come out and take pictures twice because they ignored us. The first time they came out today took more pictures then called my wife and told her oh well, it’s not our problem. Very very disappointed in their customer service and they are doing nothing about it no credit no refund no nothing don’t ever get an extended warranty through Raymore Flanigan very disappointed in the sales people and the management at the debt center.
