    Placed order online for same day delivery. Order was not delivered that day or next one till today. Reached online several times and also via phone. Were told that will be called back in 24 hour ours, no one called even once, and look like Woodbridge Lowe’s location is not even coming back to that case.

    - We ordered cabinets from Lowe's, and they came with a planner (attached) - Lowes came to the house and took measurements - The planner instructed the installer to install the cabinets right adjacent to the wall (and there were no fillers included) - When doing so, the cabinet door starts digging into the wall, and it can't install a handle - The only way to fix this is to unmount the cabinets and remount them an 1" or 2" away from the wall, despite what the planner from Lowe's (created by Lowe's team) - The installer charged me $1000 for remounting and needed new crown molding and filler - After many weeks of delay and argument with the Lowe's team, I finally got the crown molding and filler (damaged) - They refused to own up to their mistake and pay me back the $1000 due to an incorrect planner - The back panel for the island was the wrong size, and we had to return and reorder a bigger one for $150 more - They insisted on charging for the measurement $120, even though their measurement was off and caused the above issue - The drawer was broken on delivery, and I can no longer get anyone to talk with to fix this issue! - Cabinets have chipped wood everywhere - Finally, the Lowe's head office said take the cabinets off and return them, and the one in the store (Thomas) told us that is what you get when you order from stock!! Now I am stuck with many issues, about 1 1-month delay and no compensation for the time, damages, and extra money I spent to fix their mistakes
