I ordered a dishwasher from the Lowe's of Woodbridge and it was delivered with a large scratch on it. The installer returned the dishwasher to the store and several days later I was told I needed to pay for another dishwasher and that I'd be refunded within 7-10 days. Almost a month later I have not been refunded. I did receive an undamaged dishwasher, but at this point I've paid for the dishwasher twice. I have been in contact with the store, with Lowe's customer service, and every other number I can find, but still can't get anyone to issue the refund. It has been an extremely frustrating experience working with Lowe's.
