They call out to different lock smiths in the area, you don't know who you are getting. Then I was charged $773 for a re-key and lock change. I felt completely taken advantage of. The invoice given had no work product listed or the name and contact information of the locksmith used. Scam Scam Scam. The next day my coworker had trouble getting in with the new lock! Also a screw was missing. Do not make my mistake.
