I ordered this on September and i was told that i will get it delivered by 3rd week of October but i got only the sofa after 5 days of the initial delivery day and when i tried to reach out to them i was failed multiple times and finally when i was able to reach out, they were unable to give me any future date of delivery for the other two pieces of my order. The sales person was nice but reaching out to them through phone is very hard. Finally today i got the delivery window of 3 hours and they were unable to deliver in the given time frame. I missed half day of my office hour because of there unprofessional service. In this whole process severel times the customer service representative told me that the sales manager will reach out to me with some update but they never call me back. I need to follow up with them proactively. But when i asked for some discount for this bad service they just declined to accept their fault. It seems to me this is the way they do their business and customers are the least important part of their business.
