  Workkkg with this company has been so smoothe. I feel safe that our hole is protected. When trying to set up the app for mobile device John was super helpful and his service and the company’s professionalism is superb. I recommend highly.

  My experience with Atlantic Security was outstanding, from my inquiring phone call to installation. Each person that I dealt with went above and beyond what was expected and I feel very confident with my decision to use their services. I spoke with Shana several times on the phone and she was always pleasant and helpful. John, the sales director, explained every step of the process with clarity, and he did so with patience and confidence. Bill, the installer, was diligent, helpful and directed. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to use the services of Atlantic Security and would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a local, competent alarm company. 2/15/2026

  We had a wonderful experience with Atlantic Security and Fire. Upon our initial phone consultation, John promptly did a site visit to assess our needs. He reached out and coordinated a visit with our township fire inspector to make sure that we would have a safe, comprehensive fire safety system. His quote was reasonable and fair. Installation was prompt and the system is running smoothly. We highly recommend Atlantic Security and Fire!

  I was introduced to Atlantic Security and Fire through an Advertisement and at that time, I was seeking a company to take over my existing system, well, I was so happy I followed up as Atlantic was not just professional, easy to speak with, but they returned the call within a few hours, I did speak with John Amato regrding my inquiry and had made an appointment within a day or two which is awesome, he not only confirmed the appt. but his office was in constant contact with me to confirm appt. and if I had any other questions, I was speaking with Liesel at customer service, and my God, no attitude, down to earth, easy to speak with and willinginess to help and listen to my inquireies, well, John did come over and evaluated my existing system and was honest enough to suggest and advised of certain modifications, and not trying to sell additoinal equipment etc. and after reviewing the proposal etc., they were hired immediatly and felt comfortable with hiring them, an appointment was made as well for the updates and Bill had come along with John to go over the items and assisted in any questions and inquiries I had. This company and their staff are excellent, punctual, proffessional, knowledgable, down to earth and highly recommend them for security needs, thank you Atlantic Security & Fire, keep up the great work and thank you for following up after installation for any other concerns and questions I may have, thank you againl !!
