  This place has gone downhill since they started outsourcing their service issues. I bought a dishwasher there, paid just under $1000. The dishwasher came with a dent in it, the installer told me the service department would contact me to schedule a repair for the replacement of the dented panel. I received a text message for a repair a few days later - I was never asked or given a choice on the date & time. Delivery was scheduled between 8 am and noon. They never showed up. I contacted Anchor about 11:30 for confirmation and then again at 12:15 notifying Anchor of the no show. I spoke to someone who could not give me a response. At 3:15 a young driving a small hatchback with blacked out windows showed up at my house. He was not from Anchor and not from the repair company that Anchor indicated. He was from a third party company. I asked him to wait until I called Anchor to verify him, he then jumped in his car and drove away before Anchor answered the phone. I spoke with Victoria who yelled at me and said it was my fault because I should have just refused the dishwasher. I am now looking at taking a third day off of work or living with a dented dishwasher. After talking to co workers and friends, I’ve realized other people have had similar problems to me. Trust me .. it’s not worth the aggravation to shop here

  Brad and Mike just delivered and installed a new washing machine. They were so nice and professional. They even to had to remove the laundry room door. They also fixed a small issue with my front door!

  Stopped into the store and was helped by Brian. He was extremely knowledgable, honest about the best places to spend your money, and made excellent recommendations. The location has a good showroom to see a lot of options, and I'd recommend asking for Brian.

  I went to Anchor Appliance assuming I would pay a little more but have a better customer service experience. I did get great service and was surprised that not only were their prices better than the big box retailers, they were significantly better. I highly recommend Anchor.
