  The people really nice at this facility and very helpful. However, I just moved out of a unit that had so many rat mice or raccoon droppings I ruined most of my items. If not all that were in that unit. I never had any type of rodent or bug issue so this was extremely disappointing. They want me to go through my insurance that will raise my rate or even penalize me when this was not my doing😡 Make sure they offer you their insurance and not make you give yours so that your not stuck in the same situation.

  My family has used Mini U Storage on 3 separate occasions throughout some years and have always had wonderful experiences. I myself have used the truck they have available 2 times it has always been a very smooth and easy process.I am using them now, originally got a unit too big and asked about getting a smaller one. Their staff Bill and Diane are great! They made it clear that I could move stuff from the too large of a unit into the smaller with days free to do so without a charge of another month of the larger and the new charge for smaller one also, which is great of the company to do. They're always helpful and polite and kind and major plus for me is their patience with me, I tend to be chatty, lol But I never feel rushed, I feel comfortable, they listen, Diane gave me a cold water bottle tonight and I was so thirsty it was like she knew but it's something littke like that and them offering to shovel the smow away from my new smaller unit lwhen I got it, just very kind and to me just do good business and have every time we have used them. A smaller corporation like Mini U is the way to go in my opinion. And added plus the convenience of the back entrance as well on Cooper Road in addition to the Route 73 main entrance is great! Highly recommend!!

  Excellent storage facility, great staff that works with your needs, and great deals! I highly suggest Mini U West Berlin to anyone looking for a storage unit.
