Day of move realized I ordered a unit too small...unit too small...truck too small as a result i was still moving out as new owners moved in. Subsequently wound up with "a suite" or storage spaces...some of which I had to swap out for even larger ones....all in a mad rush to vacate and 36 hours with no sleep. It was like a kafka novel... CHRIS was the only thing between me and utter panic. His patience, good humor, warmth.and expertise were invaluable. At one point I considered 3rd unit closer to where I am staying. Chris was the only reason I retained 3rd unit at willowbrook. ( a smart decision) He is truly an above and beyond kinda guy. If only chris could organize my whole life. lol. I cannot thank him enough.
