    Can't process a return properly. They had to put my store credit on a gift card; theni had to wait 30 minutes before it would be active. Staff doesn't know their inventory.

    I visited here 11/2 around 2pm and I was paying at the register with what looked like a new person working there with a trainer next to her. I was on the phone during this waiting for the screen to light up to tap my card on there. As I’m waiting she telling me to go and the light still hasn’t turned on for me to tap it or neither does it say tap,swipe, insert. As soon as the light turned on indicating me to go, I then tapped my card. She then said to her trainee “I hate when people be on their phone” right in front of me. I as well work at a customer service job as a trainer nearby and that is not okay to do. And it’s not a good role model for the trainee. I pray she does better.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
