Over the last year - there was nothing but problem . The elevator was out of service- no carts to be found. This Christmas season was the worst. At my age - I can’t be carrying heavy items . It got to much- I saw no improvement.So I throw in the towel .

I went yesterday & there were no carts + no other person in the entire storage unit, so I couldn’t even wait for one. So I went around each door until I found one & took it for my entrance, which is what I’m assuming everyone else is doing too since there’s one cart in the entire facility. I’m on the 3rd floor, cart full of stuff, & the elevator decides it doesn’t want to work for a whole 20 minutes. I decide to go down floor by floor to try to see if there’s a reason why this elevator won’t work because I can’t come any other day to empty out this unit. & guess what. The first floor door is locked :-) so I have to run back upstairs & pray to god that I won’t have to call an emergency number to have them get me out since I’m trapped inside a commercial building. God finally heard my prayers, 20 min later, & I can hear the elevator start working. Reluctantly I got on & hoped it wouldn’t give out on me half way down. Honestly, I don’t even care anymore. I wouldn’t even be writing this if you guys would answer your phones. I’ve left 2 voicemails & have no answer. I want to make sure you guys honored the move out date I scheduled for today. Store manager, if you’re reading this, please call me back, my unit is empty. Thanks

I have driven to this place twice in two weeks and still haven't been able to get into my storage unit because the elevator doesn't work and there are no karts to be found. I wouldn't recommend this facility and I will be moving soon to a more efficiently managed place . Unacceptable.
