  The staff was great overall. We were helped by Ian who was friendly, patient and informative. He helped us pick out a chair and ottoman - I’m sure we’ll be back soon to get more!

  I had a great sales lady she worked with my wife and I. She help us select the right for our needs. She handled all the delivery information and kept us informed at all times. We returned yesterday and had her help us in selecting coffee table. You couldn't ask for a better sales person.

  Chris C was excellent. She helped us pick out the the perfect cabinet for when people walk into our home. The delivery team was amazing and even waited a few minutes for me to get home from work.

  Jeffrey Dempsey went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and me when we visited Raymour’s on Saturday to test a few mattresses. He made the discovery process straightforward and free from pushy sales tactics. While we visited a few stores that day and I was comparing prices online all night, Jeffrey reached out to us on Sunday morning to check on our progress. He was understanding when we explained that we were close but over budget. Jeffrey worked his magic and managed to get us a more reasonable price. We drove in an hour later to finalize the order. Not only that, he guaranteed us next-day delivery, which arrived at 8 am. My wife was thrilled with the new mattress, as ours was almost 10 years old. Kudos to Jeffrey for making this a win-win situation for everyone involved.
